The Uezu House

The Uezu family members were the descendants of Lord Gushikawa and were, at a period, the regional rulers. Their house was built around 1700. It is surrounded by stonewalls and old Fukugi Trees. The house today looks much as it did during the Ryukyu Dynasty Era, and is thus considered an important cultural asset of the island.
