Ishigaki Island Digest
Ishigaki Island is the center of politics, economy, education, and transportation in the Yaeyama Islands. It is the third biggest island in Okinawa surpassed only by Okinawa Island and Iriomote Island. Ishigaki Island is located 411 and 277 kilometers away from Naha and Taiwan respectively and both its land and water are filled with coral reefs, which serve as an attraction to tourists.
